Konnyaku-Enma
(Bunkyo wad, Tokyo on Jan. 17)
There's a wooden statue of Enma in Genkakuji in Bunkyo ward, Tokyo, which is called Konnyaku-Enma and has gathered the faith of people suffering from an eye disease.
( Enma : One of the kings of the Buddhist Hades who judges the dead by their behavior during their lifetime. He is supposed to have a record book which people's behavior during lifetime is precisely put down on.)
