The photograph shows the 6th issue of a series of stamps taking up the 20th century's symbolic things of persons, affairs and fashions, which was sold nationwide on Feb.9. The models of the stamps designs are the favorites gathered from all over Japan. And " Norakuro " was chosen No.1 in the genre of sports, entertainments, films, comics and animations.
