 Here in Koto ward, Tokyo in connection with Suiho Tagawa( 1899-1989 ), cartoonist who produced " Norakuro", town's activation has been pushed ahead. For example the shopping district in the photograph changed its name into "Narakuroad" last year when was the 100th anniversary of the cartoonist's birth.
