In Japan, women send chocolates and confess their love to men on the St. Valentine's Day. This is the second busy time following to Christmas for a chocolate maker and a pastry shop. Especially, each maker seemed to give high priority to sale because the St. Valentine's Day of this year is the first Day in the 2000's.
