Both on Mar.8th and 9th, "The Olympic Games of Chinese Cuisine" was held in Minato-ku, Tokyo. Nearly 150 shefs from overseas and about 70 shefs from Japan have participated. Besides they had struggled for mastery through 4 departments within a time limit, foods stuffs and equipments were displayed. Chinese cuisine is used to eat in Japan. More than 90% of cooks in Chinese cuisine are Chinese in the West and the Asian countries, on the other hand more than 80% of them are Japanese in Japan.
