Hasu As A Food

@An underground stem of Hasu is called gRenkon" and cooked in various ways. Renkon has a lot of holes when it was cut in round slices. It is said that Renkon brings luck because we can see the future through those holes, therefore we eat Renkon on Shogatsu(New Year's Day).
