People often have used diesel trucks which are less expensive than gas-fueled vehicles so far in the line of freight. However since Ishihara took office as the governor of Tokyo,
Tokyo government has tend to regulate diesels because the main cause of the air pollution in Tokyo is cars 'exhaust especially, diesel cars or trucks'.
