@This is about a decision against the noise pollution of Odakyu Dentetsu which was made by administrative side in advance of judicial judgement.

@It is unusual thing for nationwide noise pollution issues. Furthermore they clarified the relief criterion.

@However the residents around Kyodo Station which is supposed to be the most noisy place, have not been satisfied with the decision yet. Since a lot of trains pass by with an every two - minute train service of local, semi - express, express and limited express named Romance Car, they suffer more distress with train noise still at this moment.
