50th Sapporo Snow Festival

@50th Sapporo Snow Festival was held between Feb.5 and Feb.11 in Sapporo, the capital of Hokkaido which is an island to the north of Honshu. And 2.2 million people visited there.

@The photo shows a large statue built in Odori Park, the main site of the Snow Festival.
@It was modeled on the architecture in Singapore constructed as a memorial to the Queen Victoria of the U.K..
