(You might get 300 million yen in case you buy those serial numbered tickets) The afternoon on May 17 there was a very long line at the ticket window in Ginza, Tokyo which is famous for fair chances to get winning tickets. They said the last person in the line would have to wait to get tickets for 4 hours.
