Discount Condo Sale
(Yokohama city, Kanagawa pre. on Jul.19)
There is a new housing development called "Wakabadai-danchi" in Yokohama city, Kanagawa prefecture. And 111 condominiums left unsold were discounted even 44.3% after July 10. It is natural that things remained unsold become less expensive, however the dealer in these condos is not a private corporation but a prefectural public one, so the residents who purchased them before the discount are firecely opposed to the sale.
