A Radical Migration In Summer

We have a phenomenon called "A Radical Migration" in the middle of August and in the end of the year in Japan. This Migration means that people move from a big city to the country to spend their summer and new-year holidays with their family at home town. As they take holidays at the same time, their is a big congestion in the public transport on the specific days.
