Sale of Vouchers at Premium

Vouchers have been issued at a premium limited for use to the neighborhood all the places in this country these days. In the long recession and slack consumer spending, the issue of the vouchers means an attempt to activate block economies, with even a little growth. The vouchers for 100 million yen were sold in Chiyoda ward, Tokyo as well on Sep. 6.
