30 minutes before Sale

It was 30 minutes before the vouchers' sale. About 10 people were waiting in line at the booth in Kanda Station. This time vouchers for 10,000 yen were sold for 9000 yen and there was a buying limit to 30,000 yen per person. When vouchers with premium for 500 million yen were issued in kawaguchi city, Saitama pre. last November, some people stood in line over night. Although the premium was just on a scale that a voucher for 5000 yen had value of 5500 yen, those overnight people bought them to the limit (3 million yen) and purchased expensive goods like a car. Therefore some who couldn't get vouchers complained that it's unfair.
