JAPAN JEWELLERY FAIR'99
(Sep. 8, Kouto-ku, Tokyo)

The meeting of the business talk in the jewelry trade was held from Sep.8 to 10 in Kouto-ku, Tokyo, aiming at the end of the year, expecting in the great demand.
The theme of this fair is connecting business with "millennium" . This picture is the gate of 2000 gems, produced by the International Colored Gemstone Association, copying the old castle wall of Jerusalem. They made a wish that new millennium would be a full of peace and hopeful for the people and made it with silver, gold, platina and 2000 colored gems(253.13cts). This is the first exhibition held in Asia and it will be displayed in main jewelry show in the world by the end of 2000. Then this will be contributed to Jerusalem City.
