You need neither reservation nor admission fee to watch this Yabusame, but you likely have to line up from early in the morning in order to view it from the good place. At Tsurugaoka Hachiman Shrine, Yabusame is held in April, too. Moreover it is not only held at this shrine but at other shrines all over Japan.
