There was "Stone Steps Festival for Success in Life" which is held every other year in Atago Shrine of Minato ward, Tokyo on Sep.23. This festival is a stirring one where two mikoshi carried by people go up and down the steep stone steps called "Stone Steps for Success in Life" in Atago Shrine.
