They can't get a job yet

On Nov. 16th and 17th, a large-scale oral examination was held for the students who are going to graduate from a postgraduate university, a university and a junior college and also for the youth who can't get jobs yet. The government announced the economy is recovering gradually but according to the report of the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Education, the rate of informal decision of the university, junior college and highschool students who are going to graduate from school andfinding work in next spring, are the worst ever recorded (the rate of theuniversity and junior college students as of Oct.1.the rate of the highschool students as of Sep.30). To give an actual example as follows,
a male university graduate student ..... 66.4%
a female university graduate student ..... 57.7%
a junior college graduate(only female) ..... 36.5%
a male highschool graduate student ..... 44.2%
a female highschool graduate student ..... 38.1%
