 This picture is "Nebuta" displayed in Yokohama-machi, Aomori-ken. Nebuta is a float called Dashi to bring out for the famous festival holding every summer in Aomori-shi and Hirosaki-shi, Aomori-ken. Nebuta in the picture is three-dimensional model like a doll and used in the festival,Aomori-shi.
